How can we resist devils that we love entertaining?
We try to resist devils, but at the same time we are entertaining devils.
The bible says to SUBMIT to God first THEN we resist the devil.. so he can flee. Submit to God.
4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5 Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”? 6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” 7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. (James 4:4-7)
We've heard this verse over and over again. But how do we truly submit to God & resist the devil?
The bible continues to show us how to fight against the enemy & keep a strong relationship with Christ.
Our mission?
To win souls & share Jesus to the lost.
We must first get right with God so we can lead others to be right with the Lord.
Here are 7 practical ways to submit to God & resist the devil according to scripture.
#1 Pray with all your heart.
12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:12-13)
The Lord wants ALL of our heart, not some of it. He wants everything! If we are going to come to the Lord, we need to give all. Not the pieces that are easy to let go of.
#2 Read the Word
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)
In order to know the will of God, is to know the word of God.
#3 Renewed Mind
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)
We must not be influenced by the patterns of this world. God speaks in patterns when you study the bible. So the enemy also operates in patterns.
#4 Genuine Repentance
14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
To repent means to change.
Change your mind.
Change your thoughts.
Change your habits.
Change your actions.
We MUST truly turn AWAY from wicked things, & turn TOWARDS God.
#5 Obey His Word
7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. (John 15:7)
Obedience is greater than sacrifice.
To obey is the worship God.
#6 Trust God
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
To trust God is to obey even though it doesn't make sense.
#7 Faith In God
6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
Can we have faith that endures?
It's easy to have faith in moments when things look like it's going well, but can we have faith during the trials & waiting.
We go more in depth in our video & explaining clearly the path to how these ways allow us to continuously submit to God & resist the devils plans, schemes, strategies & tactics.

Prayer
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— (Ephesians 6:14-18)
